  1. How long are the shipping times?

Your products will ship within 2 to 5 working days, and then it will take up to 3 to 4 weeks to reach your doorstep. If you have any issues tracking your item, kindly drop us an email at info@burnika.com.

 

  1. What's your return policy? (This only applies to customer in Singapore)

Returning of the item only applies within 3 days of receiving the items, otherwise returning of the item will not be entertained.  Unfortunately we do not accept the returning of products for customers outside of Singapore. 

     

    2.1 How do you return your item and get a refund? (This only applies to customer in Singapore)

Send an email to info@burnika.com and state the reason of returning the item with pictures. Our staff will contact you within 24 hours.

Our staff will collect the item from your home and will issue you a refund via Cash or bank transfer upon receiving the item.

Please do note that collection of the item by our staff is only available on weekends. Please ensure someone is around when our staff arrives.

Unfortunately we do not accept the returning of products for customers outside of Singapore.

    2.1.1 How do customers outside of Singapore get a refund?

          Once we have received an email stating that you received a wrong or faulty item, we will issue you a refund via the same mode of payment when you purchase the item. 

The amount refunded to you will take about 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

 Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing your order. You will need to inform us immediately within 12 hours and we will proceed to cancel the order, otherwise cancellation of the order will not be entertained. 


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order within 7 days of receiving your item, such as wrong colour, please let us know by sending a picture of the item to info@burnika.com and describe the issue of the order. We will reply accordingly.


  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is damaged within 3 days of receiving the item, please refer to our return policy in this page.
